PAC West Project Wins Governor's Award. The 2000 Governor's Award for Excellence was given to Diamond Creek, a multi-residential project constructed by Pacific West Builders and designed by Gary Maxwell.

This modern bathroom in San Pedro, California, is full of flair and function, but Stephanie Seitz and Robert Clark also worked in vintage touches. Two built-in cabinets that look like furniture flank a tile-topped vanity and provide tons of valuable storage. Clothes are now stored behind the mirrors and in the drawers. The Bath Remodelings winner also boasts a step-down jetted tub that's used for quick showers or long soaks.
